Apatosaurus National Museum of Nature and Science Collection Replica Model
A skull fossil of the sauropod Apatosaurus (Apatosaurus ajax) is displayed on the B1 floor of the Earth Building at the National Museum of Nature and Science. This is an Apatosaurus figure, a replica model from the museum's collection. Despite its mini size, it features realistic sculpting and coloring.
Production ended as of 2020. On flea market sites, it is traded for around 2,000 JPY, about three times its original price (as of September 2020).
